What is a colonic? Colon Hydrotherapy often referred to as Colonics or Colon Irrigation. It is the gentle flushing of the entire colon using temperature regulated, double filtered and UV treated water. A speculum is inserted into the rectum and a series of fill and empty cycles occur over the 45 minute treatment which release waste from the colon. Initial consultation followed by colon hydrotherapy treatment. Extra time is required to discuss your health goals, treatment plan, history and client intake form. New clients, even those who have had colon hydrotherapy before must book this on their first visit. ** Those new to colon hydrotherapy - 3 sessions within a week OR 1 a week for 3 weeks (schedule depending) is recommended to optimize the full benefits of the therapy. ** ** only accepting clients ages 18-65**
